Dr. Robilotto is a graduate of the State University of New York, College of Optometry, where he received both his Doctor of Optometry degree and Ph.D. in Vision Science. His area of graduate research focused on the visual perception of lightness constancy and contrast sensitivity. At Manhattan Vision Associates/Institute for Vision Research, Dr. Robilotto is a clinical research scientist where he conducts research and development in a wide range of areas including contact lenses, spectacles, and medical devices. Dr. Robilotto has several articles published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at several professional conferences. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Optometry, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, and Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. Dr. Robilotto has led and participated in many international volunteer optometric clinics throughout Central and South America, Asia, and the Middle East.
